Alan Righetti shoots down Günther Mielenz

The following colour profiles and description have been prepared for Alan Righetti by one of his generous aviation-history friends.

This incident happened on 30 December 1942, during an air-superiority patrol led by Bobby Gibbes from the 'Marble Arch' airfield on the ancient boundary between Cyrenaica and Tripolitania on the central Libyan coast.
